After more than a decade covering city policy and the people who shape it, I’m ready to put that experience to work for Columbia Heights. I’m running for ANC because I believe in the power of a connected neighborhood—and I want to help make our community cleaner, more vibrant, and more responsive.

CLEAN STREETS >>
Columbia Heights deserves clean, safe, well-maintained streets. I’ll work with neighbors and city agencies to tackle trash, illegal dumping, and recurring rodent problems—and make sure stalled complaints get answers.
More Housing >>
We need more homes and stronger protections for the people who already live here. I’ll support responsible housing growth while helping tenants access their rights and pushing for more affordable units and meaningful community benefits.
Protecting DC’s Sovereignty >>
DC residents deserve a voice in the decisions that affect their lives. I’ll stand up for DC home rule, keep neighbors informed about federal activity, and connect residents with the resources they need to understand and protect their rights.
Community Engagement >>
A neighborhood is more than its buildings—it’s the people who live there. I’ll create more opportunities for neighbors to connect through free events, local arts, cultural programming, and activities that bring people together.
Transparent City Services >>
Residents shouldn’t have to fight to get basic answers from their government. I’ll use technology, data, and community involvement to make city services more transparent, track problems, and hold agencies accountable.
